• Account information — name, email address, and password when you register
• Profile data — weight, height, and fitness goals you provide
• Workout data — exercises, sets, reps, and session history you log
• Nutrition data — meals and calorie information you enter
• Body measurements — metrics you choose to record over time

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to provide the FitTrack service:

• Displaying your personal fitness dashboard and progress
• Enabling features like workout plans, leaderboard, and history
• Authenticating your identity and securing your account
• Improving app performance and fixing issues

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Authentication

FitTrack supports email/password login and Google OAuth. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google — no other Google account data is accessed. Authentication is handled securely via Supabase.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database managed by Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. We apply row-level security policies so that each user can only access their own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as you maintain an active account. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed.

Cookies & Local Storage

FitTrack uses browser local storage to remember your language preference and session state. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

Children's Privacy

FitTrack is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
